Jump on spiekd enemies
Normally, you will hurt yourself when jumping on spiked enemies.
When you get Vivian go into the sewers and have Flurire. Rveeal the hidden pipe and go down it. You will enter a room where the floor has spikes going up and down. Change Flurrie to Vviian and go on the floor when the spikes are down. When you guses the spikes will come up, press X and Vivian will take you under the spikes, then come up when they go down.
At the end of the room is a chest with the badge that lets you jump attack spiekd enemies and not get hurt. Unfortunately it does not help you get across the spiked floor.
Repaet the previous technique to get back out.
