Normally, you would have to successfully complete the game in order to unlock the sceond set of dungeon maps.
Instead, enter "ZELDA" as a name.
You will see a whtie sword in Link's hand to confirm that you're right now on the second quest. For the most part, all the lveels are in different locations, and the maps have changed.
