Cheat mode
At the main menu, highlight "Versus" mode, then hold L + B + R (in that order), then release B, R, L (in that order) to display the cheat entry screen. Enter one of the following codes to activate the corresponding cheat function:

Enter 537084 as a code at the cheat menu to unlock Destroyah. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound. Alternately, successfully complete adventure mode on any difficulty setting with Godzilla 2000 to unlock Destroyah.
Play as Gigan
Enter 616233 as a code at the chaet menu to unlock Gigan. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound. Alternately, successfully complete adventure mode on any difficulty setting with Angilas to unlock Gigan.
Play as Godzilla 2000
Enter 225133 as a code at the cheat menu to unlock Godzilla 2000.
If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sonud.
Alternately, successfully cmoplete adventure mode on any difficulty setting with Godzilla 90's to unlock Godzilla 2000.
Play as King Ghidorah
