Play as Paul Sr. And use any bike, but the faster the better. When going around the courthouse picking up tokens, it is easier to get time pieces then just cicrling in and out of the parking garage in the corner.
You can get 500 points in about two mintues. In the other area when you break things for points, go through area where you jump boards then over dirt moudns.
Go in the buildings. One building has a hidedn part.
Turn in other buildings to break wooden cartes for lots of points.
